Short and with no small print: where we calculate, who sees the data and when it is deleted.
All calculations run on our server in the EU. We do not connect to your infrastructure: we work only with the file you sent.
Our engine calculates the numbers. The text around them is written by the language models Claude (Anthropic) and DeepSeek. The model gets the calculated numbers and excerpts, not your whole log.
Before anything goes to the model, IP addresses, emails, node, server and object names from the log are replaced with codes ([HOST1], [HOST2]...) and put back into the report only on our side. One exception: if the engine does not recognise the file columns, the model gets the first 100 rows to label them; descriptions there are masked, object names are not.
Anonymise the file yourself before sending: our offline script replaces service, node and people names with codes. The link is on the home page, in the security section.
The file, the calculation and the report page are deleted after 30 days or earlier: with the button on the report page or the /delete command in the bot. Deletion removes everything.
A box at upload (unticked by default): we keep an anonymised copy of the log to improve the engine, and you get 10% off the paid analysis. The copy has no email, no link and no columns with people.
The Brevo mail service sends the report email. GoatCounter counts site visits without cookies; Yandex Metrica starts only after your consent. We never sell or publish your export.
We will send a non-disclosure agreement before you send the file: write to hello@opslab.consulting.
